Step into a thriving orthopedic program and hit the ground running.  Carondelet Medical Group  is seeking a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume, professionally managed practice on the St. Joseph’s Hospital campus in sunny Tucson, Arizona

Practice Highlights :

Full-time, employed opportunity with a rapid ramp-up—walk into a busy, referral-rich environment

60% outpatient / 40% surgical mix for a balanced and engaging schedule

Average 25 patients per clinic day and 8–12 surgeries per week

Practice call required (shared, manageable schedule)

Supported by the Joint Replacement Center , certified in knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures

Access to advanced technology including MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system

Collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction

On-campus location for seamless transitions between clinic, OR, and inpatient care

Candidate Requirements :

MD or DO

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Fellowship-trained in Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction

Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure

Team player with strong clinical and communication skills
