As part of our continued expansion, we are investing in a Raleigh, North Carolina–based partner firm, and we are seeking an experienced Tax Director to lead and grow the tax practice. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of the firm’s tax strategy, client service, and team development within Elevate’s broader national platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the tax practice for the Raleigh partner firm, with responsibility for growth, client service, and team leadership.
• Deliver high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to entrepreneurial businesses, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Drive practice growth through expansion of services to existing clients and proactive business development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight on complex tax issues and structuring opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing tax team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
• Work closely with Elevate’s leadership team and shared services functions to leverage technology, innovation, and best practices across the platform.
