Schedule : Monday-Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Type : Full-Time | Evaluation Hire | Day Shift

We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join a busy operations team in Honolulu. You'll manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to ensure everything runs smoothly-from organizing incoming materials to preparing orders for delivery.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Coordinate warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material distribution
• Unload deliveries, check and match purchase orders, and process materials
• Pull and assemble customer orders for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse space
• Record and track inventory using warehouse management software
• Support periodic physical inventory counts
• Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and ready for delivery
