As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in our Retail Sales Department, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our talented sales team. Key Responsibilities :

Answer phones and direct calls professionally.
Enter daily orders in the ERP System and track shippable items.
Run daily reports for management.
Maintain both paper and electronic Retail Sales Records.
Create and send email blasts to customers regarding new items or price increases.
Collaborate with the sales team on large projects and assist in other departments as needed.
