Assignments are for 6 weeks with a 4-week guarantee.

Rotating schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 days on, 3 days off.

Candidates should have a strong background in patient care unit settings.

Flexibility and adaptability to various situations are essential.

Strong communication skills are required for effective collaboration in the unit.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary for quality patient care.
