What Youll Do

Generate invoices for customers

Manage collections via calls and emails using Aging Reports

Apply cash to correct accounts

Collaborate with Accounting Manager & Controller on automation projects

Perform data entry and ad hoc analysis in Excel

Support additional tasks as needed

What Were Looking For

Some exposure to Accounts Receivable Billing or Collections (internship or coursework counts!)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)

Problem-solving mindset & eagerness to learn

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work on-site 45 days per week
