Diesel Technician - Shop

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in accordance with factory standards
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform quality control checks to confirm all repairs meet company and industry standards.
• Coordinate and Communicate with Service Advisor regarding any additional repairs needed or if the work can / cannot be finished within the expected time frame.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Accurately document all work performed and recommended services on the repair order.
