Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair in accordance with factory standards
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform quality control checks to confirm all repairs meet company and industry standards.
- Coordinate and Communicate with Service Advisor regarding any additional repairs needed or if the work can / cannot be finished within the expected time frame.
- Ensure customers' vehicles are kept clean.
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Accurately document all work performed and recommended services on the repair order.
