Physican Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Interventional Pain Management

Job Description

Seeking an independent Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role at a leading interventional pain management practice with locations in Clifton Park and Queensbury.

Schedule includes 9 days every two weeks, working Mondays and alternate Tuesdays in Clifton Park, and Wednesdays through Fridays in Queensbury.

Must be a certified NP with DEA license and PA-C certification; neuro or ortho experience is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, documenting care, performing procedures, and counseling patients on wellness and pain management.

Requires strong clinical and communication skills, ability to collaborate with a medical team, and willingness to travel 25%.

Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus.
