LPN Private Duty

We are currently hiring Private Duty LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care in home and respite care settings. This full-time / part-time role is ideal for nurses who want to make a difference while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle.

About this Role

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor vital signs and report changes to the Nurse Administrator

Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Support acute pain management strategies

Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on wellness and health management

What We’re Looking For

Experience in private duty , home care , or acute care settings preferred

Valid License Practical Nurse credentials (MN)

Proficiency in home care practices and protocols

Familiarity with occupational health standards

Strong diagnostic and clinical evaluation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team

Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
