Senior Manager Technical Engagement Service
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join Technical Engagement Service and focus on Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and industry solutions, along with their integrations into Oracle technology platforms. You will lead a team of highly skilled individuals, own portfolio planning and delivery, and partner closely with product, field, marketing and customers to drive measurable outcomes. You'll combine leadership with hands-on solution guidancecovering integration patterns, release governance, performance, security, and complianceto ensure high-quality delivery at scale.

As a manager within the technical delivery organization, you will apply your knowledge of enterprise application architecture to oversee solution design, development, testing, and release activities. You will guide teams enhancing existing architectures and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, security, and cost effectiveness, while adhering to Oracle standards and customer commitments.
Work Location and Travel :
Remote or hybrid within the United States; travel approximately 2030%, with peaks for events or trainings.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $141,800 to $232,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60 / 40.
