Position Summary :
The Entry Level 1 Packaging Operator position involves the removal of all post finish masking product and subsequent cleanup and / or touch up of paints as required. The position includes additional elements such as the manual application of temporary corrosion preventive compounds assistance in part marking applications and packaging in accordance with written and verbal instruction. Selected Level 1 Packaging Operators will be expected to read and follow written instruction in the form of job specific work orders as well as customer process specifications as necessary for the successful completion of all interrelated tasks in accordance with defined requirements. Candidates must be s elf-disciplined and self-motivated individuals with strong accountability (attention to details) skills. Candidates must have the ability and desire to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment be resourceful and innovative along with presenting a strong business ethic and compliance to leadership and company policies and a good communicator with the ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
