Registered Nurse Job Details

  • Location : Flemington, NJ 08822 (New Jersey nursing jobs)
  • Position : Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) Float Pool, Per Diem
  • Employment Type : Local, On-Site, Per Diem RN
  • Start Date : November 18, 2025
  • Duration : 26 weeks (potential for extension)
  • Minimum Commitment : 2 shifts per month
  • Hourly Pay Rate : $81.84
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $660 - $690
  • Scrub Policy : Any color scrubs (clean and neat required)
  • Flu Immunization : Mandatory unless medically exempt with documentation
  • Cancellation Policy : 2-hour notice

    • RN Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of application)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Ability to float between hospital units as needed
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills

    • Registered Nurse Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and report promptly to physicians and clinical staff
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Float to various clinical units within the hospital as required by staffing needs
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with healthcare standards
