Senior Facility Manager of Operations

The Senior Facility Manager of Operations is responsible for the leadership, management, and coordination of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) as well as power plant operations for Oracle's data centers. This role ensures operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and proactive maintenance across all critical infrastructure systems, enabling the safe and uninterrupted delivery of data center services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversight of daily operations, maintenance, and performance of all MEP and on-site power generation / distribution equipment.
• Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance programs in compliance with Oracle and manufacturer (OEM) standards to maximize system uptime and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of facility engineers, technicians, and contractors across shifts for 24 / 7 operational readiness.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational incidents, orchestrating rapid troubleshooting, response, and communication to prevent or minimize impact to IT load.
• Monitor and optimize energy utilization within the data center and associated power plants to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage service providers and coordinate external maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Ensure vendor compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive initiatives to improve reliability, resiliency, and sustainability of critical facilities infrastructure. Analyze trends and root causes to implement best practices.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only : US : Hiring Range in USD from : $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
