LOCATION : Chicago, IL area

We are looking for experienced NPs or PAs to provide Occ Med / Urgent Care coverage in the Chicagoland area. Day shifts and Night Shifts available.

Franklin Park Location

Walk in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine

Shift openings : asap-9 / 29 / 23 possibly extending

Clinic hours are 9 : 30a-6 : 30p & 12p-9p Rotating day shifts

Various shifts within the Chicagoland area - will float to all centers and shift times as needed.

EMR : Allscripts

Bridgeview Location

Dates : asap - 9 / 1 / 23 with extension possible

Shifts : 9 : 30a-6 : 30p, 12p-9p and 9p-6a

Clinic hours are Mon-Sun 24 / 7 (SW part of Chicago)

REQUIREMENTS :

Must have DOT Certification

BLS Certification

IL License and DEA required

1 year of experience with Occ Med / Urgent Care
