What You Will Be Doing

Lead Business Development : Identify and close quality loans in the Ag and Commercial sectors, aligned with bank policies and risk management practices

Loan Analysis : Analyze applications and present recommendations to loan committees

Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with farm operators and local business clients

Field Visits : Conduct annual farm inspections and in-person client visits

Team Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level lenders

Community Involvement : Represent the bank professionally in local business and civic circles

Operational Excellence : Promote a collaborative, positive team culture and ensure compliance with banking standards

Experience You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, or a related field

5–8 years of lending experience, preferably in Agriculture and Commercial lending

Strong credit and underwriting knowledge

Leadership or mentoring experience within a lending team

Ability to work independently and as part of a community-driven team

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000 / year
