Position Overview

The Medicare Account Manager is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, answering client questions, and processing enrollments of Medicare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and compliance.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time temporary position working in our office located in Williamsville, NY. The position will be from 08 / 25 / 2025 - 12 / 10 / 2024.

Professional Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from individual clients.

Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex matters as needed.

Collaborate with sales team to support business growth and ensure quality service delivery.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Ensure all activities are compliant with CMS guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

1-3 years in a consultative support role, with a track record of helping clients resolve complex issues, particularly in employee benefits.

Life, Accident, and Health license preferred but not required.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service, both via email and telephone, with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).

Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products, including Microsoft Excel.

A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients.

Pay Range : $24 per hour

Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
