The unit consists of 2 EP Labs and 4 Cath Labs. There are a total of 6 Labs. Staff includes Day Shift RNs, Radiology Techs, RCIS, Surgical Aides, OR Analysts, and Coordinators. The patient ratio is 1 patient to 3 team members. Equipment includes GE single plane x 3, Philips single plane x 2, and GE Biplane x 1. The EMR system used is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include Ablations, EP Studies, LAAC, Pacemaker, and Defibrillator placements. Candidates are preferred to have Cath Lab experience or PCI experience. The ideal candidate will be flexible, positive, and a team player. Floating areas may include Cath Lab and a sister facility. Scrubs will be provided by the scrub machine. Candidates should be prepared for potential on-call duties.
