About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial professional to join our team as an Agency Owner / Principal in Arizona. This is a full-time hybrid role designed for those looking to build and lead their own independent agency with the backing of an established organization. Agents are expected to establish a physical office within the first 6 months of operation, with flexibility for remote work during the initial ramp-up period.

What You'll Do

  • Launch and grow your own insurance agency with guidance and support
  • Sell and service a full suite of insurance products
  • Provide personalized consultation and claims assistance
  • Manage business operations and financial planning
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build a local client base
  • Stay compliant with regulatory and carrier requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something of your own
  • Proven sales ability and a customer-first approach
  • Insurance industry knowledge or brokerage experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Arizona residency (or willingness to relocate)
  • Insurance license or ability to obtain one
