A bit about us :

The Senior Revenue Accountant’s primary responsibility will be the preparation of government contract reimbursements, and the complete financial reporting and budgeting for these contracts.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and maintain annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage government contracts, ensuring compliance with all financial requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the grant management process, including application, financial reporting, and reimbursement.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and other general ledger activities.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support to auditors.
• Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all financial and bookkeeping activities.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Utilize HHS Accelerator and Grants Gateway for grant management and reporting.
• Continuously improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting, budgeting, and control.
