Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Upstate New York. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a welcoming and supportive community setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine physical exams, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
• Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures to promote optimal health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical practice and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of New York
• DEA registration
