We are a growing Cannabis retail brand in Wahington state looking for experienced operators to run our retail establishments. We are looking for high caliber experienced operators that can run a high volume high efficiency dispensary at top levels of performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wenatchee, WA for Assistant General Manager at Craft Cannabis. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team on the sales floor ensuring excellent customer service! Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inventory management, addressing any customer service needs, and maintaining high standards of product quality and safety. The Schedule is Friday-Monday, 10 : 00 am to 8 : 30 pm. This schedule is four ten hour shifts with 3 day weekends Tuesday-Thursday off.

Pay : Pay is negotiable and ranges between a $45,000.00 and $55,000.00 annual based plus tips, bonuses and pay for performance. Tips average $50-$100 daily. Pay for perfomance is metric driven with most Assistant GMs ranging in th 75-85% acheivement range. Pay for performance is paid out monthly on the previous months performance wth up to 10,000.00 annual potential. Additional sales bonuses exist for sales metric performances.

Schedule : Four ten hour shifts Friday to Monday, 10 : 00 am to 8 : 30 pm. Tuesday-Thursday off.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and state cannabis regulations.
• Skills in sales techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Wenatchee, WA
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• 3 + years Experience in the cannabis industry
• posabit point of sales experience a strong plus.
• knowledge of microsoft office and excel.
