Adelphi is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide professional nursing services in a facility in Lenoir County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will care for adolescents in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift. Responsibilities : Provide nursing care within the full scope of RN practice for adolescents Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with regulations Monitor and document patient health status Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure continuity of care Utilize telehealth equipment and participate in virtual consultations Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training
