Job Title : Clinical Supervisor
Department : Detox and Residential Services
Schedule : Full-time | Exempt | Reports to Clinical Manager
Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team in providing high-quality care to clients in our detox and residential programs. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting clients through their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and support clinical counselors and staff.
Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and agency guidelines.
Provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and support with client admissions / discharges.
Lead or assist with group and individual client sessions as needed.
Coordinate care with other departments to ensure person-centered services.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts.
Offer clinical supervision to interns and staff.
Respond to emergencies and complete incident reporting.
May assist with medication administration and drug screenings (training provided).
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Human Services or related field (required).
LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT (preferred).
Supervisory experience in a clinical or residential setting (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Valid NC or SC Driver’s License.
