$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for 3rd Shift.Up to $20,000 for Student Loan Forgiveness.Tuition Assistance up to $7,200.Referral Bonus of $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates.Unit Overview : Become a part of our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for a diverse, complex patient population that includes :
Post-operative care for craniotomy, AVM, and tumor resections.Spinal surgeries including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar.Care for stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.This role will immerse you in cutting-edge neuroscience and surgical techniques.

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience : One year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
