Job descriptionState-of-the-art free-standing emergency department 12-bed private exam rooms, with designated trauma room Annual emergency department volume of 11,000 Physician Daily Coverage : 24 hours Patients Per Hour : 1.3 Diagnostic imaging on-site including x-rays and CT scans, with and without contrast Ultrasound on call 24 / 7 with a 30 minute response time Laboratory services on-site DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Requirements : BC FP / IM with 6000 hours ER experience and FT Emergency Room work in the 3 years preceding application ACLS, PALS Active FL License Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered 'Local', and will not be eligible for this role
