Staff Physician – Anesthesiology

Location : Racine, Wisconsin

She Recruits is pleased to offer an exceptional full-time opportunity for an experienced Anesthesiologist to join a well-established and close-knit team in Racine, WI. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, a collaborative working environment, and a solid commitment to excellence in patient care.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Full-time with flexible shift options

Compensation Package :

Base Salary : $475,000

Annual Bonus : $25,000

Sign-On Bonus : $100,000

Call Rotation : 1 : 9 (physicians take calls in-house with a post-call day off)

Annual Case Volume : Approximately 10,000 cases annually

Practice Overview :

Join a team of 9 physicians and 17 CRNAs

Collaborative medical direction model

292-bed facility

Diverse caseload (no cardiac, trauma, neurosurgery, or pediatrics)

Supportive, stable team that has not expanded in years

Excellent work-life balance with flexible scheduling options

Candidate Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOBA)

Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
