Job description

A company is looking for a Venue Engagement Coordinator to support the VP of Venue Engagement and strengthen relationships with venues.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate new venue opportunities and maintain accurate venue records

Coordinate tasks between Onboarding, Renewals, and Admin to ensure smooth operations

Support the VP with scheduling, meeting preparation, and proposal creation

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or account management

Strong research and analytical skills

Proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, and collaborative project tools

Comfort with AI tools and a passion for automation

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
