Patient Access Representative

TEKsystems is now hiring a PATIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE for a large cardiology system in Wallingford, CT!

Shift : Mon - Thur : 8 - 4 : 45 and Friday 8 - 4 : 30

POSITION OVERVIEW :

Handling a large number of inbound calls from patients for all 10 of their locations.

Triaging calls to RN's when needed.

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
