Sr. Client Project Coordinator (Packaging Graphics) – SGK

Position Summary

SGK Minneapolis is seeking a Sr. Client Project Coordinator. The Sr. Client Project Coordinator manages projects through each step of the packaging graphics supply chain, from design through print production. This role works directly with the client as well as SGK colleagues and other external stakeholders and partners. Qualified candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to manage complex packaging projects to successful completion. The Sr. Client Project Coordinator ensures satisfactory resolution when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they are received. This is a remote position with the possibility of infrequent in-person meetings. In-person training opportunities will be provided for local candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the project work back schedule to ensure all up-front tasks and activities are assigned and completed on time.
• Initiates kickoff and solution review meetings and ensures subsequent meetings or tasks occur in a timely manner as dictated by each project.
• Directs project activities and monitors project costs to ensure the business is as profitable as possible.
• Meets with the clients as needed and understands client expectations. Validates client protocols and brand / pharma requirements and ensures compliance throughout the process.
• Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and / or anyone acting on behalf of the client regarding questions, status reports, concerns, or requests for information.
• Monitors quality on production floor and resolves conflicts / issues to keep projects on track.
• Additional duties as assigned.
