Key Responsibilities Perform internal reviews daily, recognizing and reporting billing errors Fulfill external medical record requests and assist clients with compliance needs Initiate third-party audits and documentation reviews as required Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of two years' EMS billing experience Knowledge of ambulance coding and ability to define service levels Understanding of CMS Ambulance regulations (Chapter 10) Familiarity with EMS run records and terminology Ability to identify missing or lacking information in documentation
