Principal Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Principal Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee data aggregation, transformation, and validation workflows for accuracy and consistency

Lead calculation, review, and reconciliation of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business domains

Design data models and automated reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, and analytics platforms

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in enterprise data analytics, reporting, or healthcare performance measurement

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and large-scale data platforms

Strong experience in data validation and healthcare performance metric development

Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and large-scale analytical initiatives

Experience working in a data-intensive regulated healthcare role
