Job description00 A.M. and 4 : 00 P.M. (or until the route is completed). The position involves loading and unloading products, ensuring accurate deliveries, and providing friendly, professional service to our customers. Picks product and drives truck to deliver items such as snacks, soft drinks, bottled water, etc. to places of business Driver is responsible for managing the inventory of markets and vending machines. Ensuring they are fully faced before leaving. Put away and rotate all stock Troubleshoot and make minor equipment repairs if necessary Remove spoiled fresh items at the end of each week or when the expiration day will occur before the next scheduled visit Inform customers of new products or services Post any marketing materials correctly and professionally in markets Listens to and resolves delivery or service complaints, reporting all back to the manager. High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Sound judgment and decision-making skills Observes safety and security procedures Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings (e.g., with customers, clients, or team members Ability to lift and move equipment safely (up to 50 lbs) Physical Requirements : Ability to be on your feet throughout the day in customer facilities Regularly load and unload products with an average weight of 35 lbs Frequently push / pull a hand cart with up to 200 lbs for distances up to 500 feet Required : Valid Driver's License Benefits : Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Health Savings Account PTO 401K Capitol Coffee Systems, Inc. provided the following inclusive hiring information : We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
