EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIAN

DEPARTMENT : Service

REPORTS TO : Service Manager / Shop Foreman

WAGE : $16.50 to $20.00 per hour

YOUR ROLE :

Be a Hero for Cars : Change vehicle oil and replace engine air filter, cabin filters, and perform essential maintenance.

Ensure Safety : Inspect and repair vehicles, from tire rotations to filter replacements.

Champion Quality : Utilize your sharp eye for detail and commitment to excellence.

Build Customer Loyalty : Impress customers with your professionalism and problem-solving abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Education or experience in a related field
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS, Google Workspace
  • Skills : Attention to detail, organizational prowess, problem-solving, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to ethics and diversity.

    • PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT :

  • From standing to lifting 30 pounds, your day will be as dynamic as the cars you'll be working on.
  • Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, varying temperatures, and loud noise levels.
  • Safety first! All tools required to perform your duties will be provided by the Dealership.
