Job Requirements

Education Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent, with additional healthcare-related training preferred

Certifications Requirements : ACLS, BLS, TNCC; NRP (can be completed on-site)

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg or OB; prior critical access experience strongly preferred; ER experience is a plus

Other Requirements : Ability to work night shifts; strong communication skills; ability to adapt to small community healthcare settings

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Med Surg and obstetrics patient care in a small community hospital setting

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes to ensure safety and well-being

Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress

Execute procedures and assist with OB and Med Surg treatments as needed, ensuring compliance with hospital policies
