As part of the GTM Horizontals Strategic Finance team, you’ll provide financial insights to support the Marketing organization, strengthen planning and tracking, and optimize capital allocation across marketing initiatives.
The role requires a strong business and people leader capable of communicating complex insights to executives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and driving data‑driven decisions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Identify new growth opportunities and drive strategy development with business partners.Pressure test growth opportunities for viability.Support team members in operationalizing ideas and develop execution plans.Lead collaborative relationships with other teams, leveraging input to identify growth opportunities.Communicate work implications, forecasts, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders to drive action.Leverage insights and trends to develop narratives that influence stakeholders across all business levels.Drive alignment by synthesizing problems and communicating persuasive viewpoints to support strategic decisions.Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to guide growth initiatives with a metrics‑oriented perspective.Answer complex questions and provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders.Identify opportunities and develop large workstreams, projects, or operational processes.Anticipate obstacles and recommend solutions to advance implementation.Oversee team performance management, model creation, forecast maintenance, and risk analysis.Review forecasts, analyze risks, and anticipate trend impacts on targets.Develop hypotheses using identified signals, trends, and risks.Ensure teams have data access for ad‑hoc analysis to test hypotheses and address business questions.Support cross‑functional partnerships to design experiments that close deviations from targets.Lead a work team aligned with company culture and values, focusing on people development and diversity.Coaching, feedback, and career development support for team members.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field.Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of people‑management experience.5+ years of experience in the technology industry.Suggested Skills
