Job Responsibilities

• Personalize Therapy Approaches : Assess individual patient requirements and design tailored therapy strategies to aid them in reaching their functional milestones.

• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams : Work intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, physician colleagues, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide instruction to patients and their families regarding clinical techniques to promote ongoing progress in a home environment.
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor patient developments and update treatment strategies as required, ensuring each patient remains on a positive trajectory.
