A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee high-volume recruiting efforts for Clinical Operations and Manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities Transform and optimize high-volume hiring processes for non-exempt and exempt roles Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to align talent strategies with business goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3 years in high-volume non-exempt recruiting Strong ability to develop recruitment strategies and work cross-functionally Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for process improvement
