We are seeking an experienced Admin II professional with a strong background in medical office administration to a cardiology office in Murrieta. This role is critical in supporting providers, office leadership, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide daily administrative support to providers and office leadership.
Assist with credentialing tasks and maintain accurate records for bill pay.
Support the billing department as needed.
Oversee office and medical supplies inventory.
Assist with malpractice insurance and other policies as directed by the CEO.
Collaborate with the HR department on employee-related matters.
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate 401k reporting.
Keep provider schedules updated in the EHR system and other platforms.
Ensure effective workflow processes in collaboration with management.
Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and confidential employee records.
Generate work and service orders to ensure office equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma (required).
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a medical office environment.
Licensure / Certification : None required.
Skills & Abilities :
Proficiency in office-related computer software.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Effective interpersonal and human relations skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Skilled at providing instruction to diverse groups.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
