Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bakeartisan breads, pastries, and seasonal baked goodswith attention to quality and flavor.
• Work early morningsin a supportive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
• Maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and food safety, ensuring all workspaces and equipment are spotless.
• Contribute tomenu developmentand test new seasonal recipes in collaboration with chefs and bakers.
• Participate in daily prep work and assist with special kitchen tasks as needed.
