Summary

The Revenue Management Analyst I is an entry‑level position that is responsible for the day‑to‑day revenue maximization of Allegiant’s scheduled service flights. This role will have one of three emphases toward this goal : air pricing projects and analysis, ancillary pricing projects and analysis, or revenue model enhancement. Regardless of emphasis, the core function involves pricing and yield management of flights.

Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering (any), Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative focus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized and able to price a large number of similar but unique flights.
  • Strong understanding of basic supply and demand economics.
  • Self‑motivated to continually improve upon past performance.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent team approach and positive attitude.

Preferred Requirements

  • Airline or transportation industry interest.
  • Experience in business, economics, and / or math advantageous.
  • Experience in SQL, Python, Visual Basic, or similar coding.
  • Ability to create spreadsheet models and produce relevant output is extremely advantageous.
  • Job Duties

  • Manage aircraft seat inventory utilizing demand models, forecasts, and knowledge of market behavior.
  • Create, price, and evaluate air‑related ancillary revenue sources.
  • Produce ad‑hoc projects related to the airline’s strategic and profitability goals.
  • Generate and update analysis and reports for the revenue team.
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts / days in a 24‑hour situation. Regular attendance is required. Exposure to moderate noise, temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area and sit at a computer for extended periods. Some travel may be required. Allegiant is an essential service provider during national and state emergencies and will require reporting to assigned location unless prohibited by local, state or federal order.

    $55,000 – $70,000 per year (Full‑time).
