Responsibilities :

Utilize your expertise as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator to generate precise take-offs, bids, and proposals.

Build strong, trust-based client relationships by providing top-tier roofing solutions.

Analyze blueprints, site data, and project scopes to ensure cost accuracy.

Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver seamless project execution.

Negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to maximize profitability.

Oversee project costs, timelines, and close-out activities.

Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and roofing codes to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator with 5+ years in commercial roofing.

In-depth knowledge of building codes , materials, and manufacturer specifications.

Proficiency in estimating software ( Edge preferred ) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and foster client trust.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
