Position Title : Audit Administrator Classification : Full-Time, Nonexempt
Position Overview
The Audit Administrator plays a key role in support within our audit department, assisting partners and staff in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to PB&H clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will evolve based on department needs and include both recurring and project-based assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation & Management
Copy, bind, and finalize presentation-ready documents, including audit reports and proposals
Maintain accurate files for confirmations, proposals, and final reports
Workflow Coordination
Support the roll-forward process of CCH ProSystem fx Engagement binders
Track and communicate the status of audit projects and assignments to partners, managers and staff
Coordinate closely with audit team members to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Team & Client Support
Communicate effectively with partners, managers, and team members regarding project needs
Assist with the preparation of various internal and client-facing documents
Remain flexible and proactive in taking on special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); prior experience with CCH ProSystem fx a plus
Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who is adaptable and eager to learn
Work Environment & Expectations
In-office position with standard business hours
Occasional overtime during peak workload periods may be required
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
