Join a stable 15-year-old program of 20 Hospitalists is adding 2 Nocturnists to their team.

Most in this group are career Hospitalists with several being here over 10 years.

Adding : Family Med, Internal Med or Med Peds

• Block Schedule : 7 on - 7 o f f
• 7 Daytime teams and 2 Nighttime teams.
• 14 FT and 6 PT Physicians, groups plan is to reach 18 FTE
• Open ICU but there are intensivists on staff
• 2 Nocturnists work together at night with an average of 12 total admits between 2 docs at night.
• Average census is in the 130's

Benefits :

25 % bump in pay for nights (3 members of the group take the majority of the night shifts).
