About The Position

• PCU / Stepdown experience
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs

Description :

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the PCU specialty.

The registered nurse will work night shifts for 3 days a week from 7 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Ratios will be 1 : 3-1 : 4 based on patient acuity.

Weekend shifts will be required, 4-5 weekends in a 4-week period.

There are no call requirements for this position.

The role includes management of cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration.

Nurses will interpret dysrhythmias and administer blood products as needed.

Isolation precautions will be followed, and non-invasive airway management will be part of duties.

Travelers should be prepared to participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season.

The facility size is approximately 820 staffed beds, serving a diverse patient population.
