EV Automotive Technician

A company is looking for an EV Automotive Technician Call Center Agent (Remote). Key Responsibilities : Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction Utilize a defined six-step diagnostic process to resolve automotive issues Communicate product issues and provide technical support to team members as needed Required Qualifications : High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) required At least 3 years of automotive repair experience 1-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or Hybrid vehicles preferred Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, as well as basic PC software skills
