Job Summary and Qualifications

The RN Hematology Case Manager is responsible for promoting patient-centered care by coordinating the plan of care for hematology, transplant, or cellular therapy patients. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to assist patients in accessing drug programs, securing insurance approvals for high-cost medications, and coordinating activities that promote quality outcomes, efficient patient throughput, and optimal resource utilization.
