Job description

TravelNurseSource is working with Patterns LLC to find a qualified ICU / Critical Care RN in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, 49784!

About The Position

Responsibilities

(25%)

  • Performs nursing assessments, intervenes appropriately and promptly, and participates in care planning.

(25%)

  • Regularly assesses patient’s / client’s needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.

    • (20%)

  • Processes physician / provider orders accurately, completely, and in a timely manner, and does follow up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.

    • (15%)

  • Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or facilitates changes in plan to improve patient care.

    • (15%)

  • Actively participates in updating / revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information.

    Job Requirements

    Submission Requirements

  • 1+ Year of ICU Experience  - Required
  • BLS & ACLS (AHA) -  Required
  • Travel -  Preferred

    • Profile Requirements :

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
  • Candidates' Permanent Address  (Facility will not consider local candidates - 100-mile radius restriction)

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

    • State License Requirements

  • Michigan

    • Additional License Requirements
