In this role, youll be responsible for supporting Inside and Outside Sales partners as they serve top interior designers, architects, and clients throughout the Hollywood market. The Sales Support Specialist works off a hybrid schedule between their home office and the Florida Showroom, reporting to the Showroom Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent the Phillip Jeffries brand with integrity and care while helping grow sales and strengthen client relationships in the Hollywood territory
  • Process sales orders, prepare proforma invoices, accept and enter purchase orders, and manage payments
  • Provide timely updates on order status and shipping details
  • Support the team with outreach, research, and follow-up to both existing and prospective clients
  • Handle showroom inquiries with care and efficiency, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Partner with the Claims team to resolve any client issues quickly and effectively
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity goals

What You Bring to the Table

  • You live in the Hollywood, FL area and can work onsite in the showroom
  • You are bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • You have at least 2 years of customer service or sales support experience
  • You bring a confident, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office and are familiar with CRM or ERP systems
  • Experience in a trade showroom or the design industry is preferred
  • You enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a collaborative environment
