Overview

Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on role for leading the maintenance team at an apartment community. This position oversees unit turns, trains staff, manages work orders and vendors, and supports property operations. Base pay range listed : $28.00 / hr.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the maintenance team
• Manage make-ready board and unit turns
• Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and purchase orders
• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
