Summary of Position

The Department of Neurology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is accepting applications from fellowship trained Stroke / Vascular Neurologists interested in joining our growing program as Stroke Neurologists within Temple University Hospital - Health Science Campus and suburban partner locations.

• Active in clinical trials through NIH-funded STOKENET, with 800-1000 cerebrovascular admissions annually and a dedicated stroke prevention clinic.
• Provides Telestroke / Telemedicine consults for community and rural hospitals.
• Incoming Stroke / Vascular Neurologist will join a collaborative team of vascular neurologists, neuro-critical care providers, neurosurgeons, APPs, and residents.
• Faculty deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, integrate cutting-edge research, and use advanced technology such as the Leksell Gamma Knife® 4C and Elekta Synergy® S.
